Owners’ Open House

Please join us for an Owners’ Open House on Thursday, September 13th from 1-3pm! Tours of your newly renovated property will be available during this time and a Meet and Greet session with your Board President and Resort Manager will be held at 3pm. 2011 Audit

Festival Season is upon us and we are welcoming back our owners

As the Final Four winds down, we are preparing for the best time of year in New Orleans, Festival Season! In less than two weeks we will be welcoming back our friends for French Quarter Fest and before we know it our Jazz Fest owners will be back as well. The resort currently has 49 rooms open. We are still waiting on 13 others to be turned over to us by the contractors. While the continued construction should not impact your  in room experience, our guest laundry facilities and ice machine are currently not available. The 7^th floor sundeck is complete and the 4^th floor sundeck is accessible, but does have ongoing construction.  The updated units have been simplified and the majority do not have full kitchens. 10 units will have full kitchens while the balance have a mini fridge and convection oven. We will continue to update the blog as progression occurs. The picture above is of our beautiful new lobby. Additional pictures of the units can be found on the Owners Folder. Update on Owners Meeting and Happy Mardi Gras!

It's official! We have reopened the doors at La Pension and are accommodating fixed owners in available units. We hope to have the remainder of the units open and available for reservations by the end of March. In an effort to focus 100% of our energy on reopening the resort, we have decided to postpone the owners meeting. Once the entire resort is operational, we will look at a date to schedule that meeting. Notice of the meeting will be posted on the blog with ample notice. Happy Mardi Gras!

It's Carnival Time!

That's Right! It's Carnival Time and we are ready to welcome back our Mardi Gras Special Event Owners and Fixed Owners of Week 7! On February 17th, we will open a portion of the resort's units and the lobby. At this time, we will only be able to accommodate the owners of this specific week as stated above. All owners must be current to check in. Please keep in mind that a portion of the resort will still be under construction. We will be able to accommodate your party based on the maximum occupancy of your unit. However, you may be staying in a different unit this year if your regular unit is not complete. We expect to open the remainder of the resort in late March or early April. We should be able to accommodate owners who have fixed weeks after February 17th and before April 6th in the first set of units that will be opened. If you have any questions about the use of your week, please don't hesitate to call us. The team at La Pension is so excited to welcome you back! LAISSEZ LES BONS TEMPS ROULER!

We have done this primarily by emphasizing the work of local artists and craftsman who have focused on using reclaimed and local materials.
